We are certified stone and timber beam cleaners. We specialise in powder blasting with soft abrasives i.e. brickwork and beams, and have over 20 years experience in the powder blasting of listed buildings. We carry out woodworm and rising damp treatment works to all buildings, irrespective of age. We can even carry out comprehensive tanking treatment to very small or large cellars, underground walls etc...

Sterling Timber and Damp specialise in the part or total refurbishment of timber framed buildings putting in new sole plates, roofing timbers, to total reconstruction or extensions to barns. We are specialists in traditional lime plaster with goats hair.

We can offer advice and follow structural engineers' reports and painters and decorators with
City and Guilds Certificates. All aspects of timber decay i.e. Dry Rot, Wet Rot
